Job Description:
The successful candidate should speak Arabic language as a mother tongue or close to mother tongue accompanied with good knowledge in English language. He/She should have experience in customer service, advanced experience in technical support and high levels of communication skills, ability to work in shifts and advanced technical knowledge (especially technology products).

Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic language is a prerequisite (oral and written)
Good knowledge of English language
Experience in customer service would be considered a plus
Advanced technical knowledge especially in technology products
Excellent communication skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to work in shifts
