Job Responsibilities
Be a Key support for Key Account Planning development, playing an active role on the new process and becoming a sparring partner of the BAM in developing the most efficient plan to maximize the customer strategy/efficiency
Provide and analyze key customer data (market data, assortment, promotions, merchandising)/manage shopper insights and promotional analyses
Ensure customer needs/inputs are incorporated in single customers' promotional and assortment plans
Provide support to Business Account Managers for the preparation and adaptation for the NPDs presentations tailored made on customer needs
Coordination of task forces or/and involvement in regional projects related to the Sales Effectiveness area
Gain and Maintain Category captaincy within key customers
Manage and Implement Category Management projects focused on main categories (Pest Control, Air Care and Homecleaning)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven Category Management/Trade Marketing Experience in a FMCG company, focused on Hypermarket management
Sales Experience will be consider a strong asset
Strong Analytical/Communication/Presentation/Negotiation skills
Decision making and Problem solving skills
Ability to complete projects and tasks within assigned timeframes
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Excellent command of the English Language
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
University degree (BSc). MBA or MSc in Business Administration or related field will be considered an asset
