Job Description:
Prepares the annual Business Development Plan.
Monitors the development of the Marine and Nautical Supply market and discovers new opportunities.
Development attractions of new customers or partners for products and services.
Lead and develop staff by identify training needs.
Provide direction, guidance to the staff to ensure alignment with the Company's strategies.
Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
Establishes and implements short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Skills and Experience:
Degree on Economic direction or Sales/Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics).
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales and/or Marketing position.
Knowledge in retail management will be considered as an asset.
Knowledge in marine equipment and boat parts will be an extra asset.
Fluency (oral and written) in English language. A native Croatian will be preferred. Knowledge of the Greek language will be an extra asset.
Very good knowledge of MS Office and Internet use.
Flexibility for traveling abroad.
Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
