In this project, the candidate will be guided from a personal tutor through a cross-functional plan with the purpose of giving him/her the chance to improve continuously his/her competences and to gain both practical and theoretical experience.

Job Description
Tetra Pak South Eastern Europe will build a training plan and career path that will include:
6 months internship training (temporary contract), after which another 6-12 months of temporary contract will follow
Cross functional experiences with clear deliverables, and International Exposure through job rotation plan in Greece and abroad, in the different business units (Technical Service, Supply Chain and Marketing/Sales)

As Account Manager the candidate will:
Manage Major and Small Accounts in Greece Region, develop and maintain relationships of trust that add value to the business
Seek/exploit business opportunities and drive mutual sustainable profitable growth with customers
Develop, implement and achieve specific account objectives and strategies for both short term and long term volume growth
Be responsible for customer business performance

Candidate Profile
Newly graduate (not more than 12 months) from University with degree in Engineering /Business Studies/Economics and a master in Business Studies (MBA)/Business Engineering/other technical disciplines
Experience abroad in participating in programs like Erasmus will be considered as an asset
Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English (knowledge of other languages, such as Italian, French, German and also Bulgarian and Russian is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail 
Team-spirit and results-oriented person
Flexibility and willingness to travel more than 30% of the time in Greece
