Responsibilities:
Evaluate and submit recommendations for the maintenance and improvement of company's products
Design and develop new products
Assist in the transfer of developed products from R&D to production
Develop methods and protocols to product verification and validation testing
Investigate and test competitors' products
Develop budgets estimating labor, material and construction costs
Write manuals and train Production, Sales, After Sales, Customers and Vendors to define products specifications

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or a related field
Reading and production of drawings
Knowledge of equipment and tooling design
Recognize problems and take corrective measures
Ability to work under pressure and work effectively with many teams
Attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent written and communication skills
