Job Description
Manages call center personnel and ensures proper cooperation
Accomplishes both productivity and quality goals as defined
Prepares performance reporting
Coaches, trains and motivates the team in order to guarantee the daily operation

Candidate Profile
University degree
One (1) year of working experience in a similar position
Excellent command of the English language
Knowledge of the German and/or other languages will be considered as an asset
PC literate
Problem solving, analytical and leadership skills
Communicative and organizational skills
