Job Description:
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Active support for all the departments of the company
• Daily support and management of clientele/partners/suppliers in Greece and abroad in any way
• Management of daily communication with clients worldwide
• Welcome Visitors/Customers/Partners
• Daily management of call center
• Prepare all kind of paperwork and correspondence in Greece and abroad
• Archiving

Personal specifications:
Graduate of School of Higher Education or equivalent school in Greece or abroad
Proven experience in a similar position at least for 5 years
Necessary and proven knowledge and management of Greek language (oral and written)
Necessary and proven knowledge and use of English language (oral and written)
Necessary and proven knowledge and use of Spanish or Italian language (oral and written)

Good knowledge in use of French or German language will be an additional asset
Proven experience and solid skills in MS OFFICE and Internet
High organizational abilities and proven ability in setting priorities
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, creativity and pleasant personality
Skills in public relations
Professional appearance and behavior
