Our client, a world leading industrial products' company, is looking for a Financial Director for its trading subsidiary in Greece.

The company is well established in the Greek market, being a leader in its field, with a turnover of over € 25 million and a complete and operational organizational structure.

The Financial Director reports to the local Managing Director and leads the Financial Department of 4 staff. He/she is a member of the Board of Directors and reports also to the European Financial Director.

The Financial Director is expected to handle all company financial and legal related matters, but at the same time, work closely with the Commercial Director in product costing, client offers and business proposals. Experience in Project Management will be regarded as a strong point.

Candidates should have a very strong background in a relative position, preferably in a multinational environment, where they have handled annual budgets, monthly reporting systems and P&L statements. Through knowledge of Greek GAAP and IAS, IFRS, is a prerequisite. At the same time is expected to possess strong business acumen, being responsible for the company's working capital, cash flow and equity.

He/she will also supervise the financial matters of the company's activities in a number of Balkan countries. A relevant experience in this field will be regarded as a plus.

It is also expected to possess the relevant license to sign the annual balance sheets. He/she should have experience of labor legislation matters and handle the company's HR issues and company payroll.

Candidates should be Economic University graduates with very good command of the English language, to possess an MBA and be no more than 45 years old.
