Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer he/she will be responsible for recommending and ensuring the application of approved HR policies, in order to ensure selection, development and retention of high caliber personnel. Key areas of responsibility include recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management/development, communication and recognition.

The right candidate should possess:
Bachelor's Degree and Masters Degree in Human Resources, Management or Organizational Development/Design
At least 10 years human resource leadership experience
Strong knowledge of overall HR products and services to deliver business solutions
Significant Organization Effectiveness experiences, workforce management, internal consulting skills, and change management.
Excellent interpersonal skills: communications? written and verbal skills? negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive with ability to work on own initiatives
Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of English
