Job Description
The appropriate candidate will handle inbound calls providing customer service and support and be also responsible for the briefing of data base.
Candidate Profile
Working experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
Excellent command of Bulgarian language (native speaking level)
Excellent command of Russian, Hungarian or Romanian language
Excellent command of the English language
PC literate
Communicative and organizational skills
