Job Responsibilities include:
Participation in the development of a business plan and a sales strategy in order to achieve sales targets
Assistance in building on existing customer base and development of action plans to penetrate and activate new markets
Customer Service and Support
Participation in Sales Administration and operation activities
Development and format of sales reports
Follow-Up and Development of Standard Operating Procedures
CRM Administration and Adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Necessary Requirements include:
University degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of Experience in direct sales, preferably in a multinational environment
Excellent team player, ability to interact and motivate others
Flexibility to cross-train in other areas depending on qualifications allowance
Strong customer service orientation and willingness to prioritise needs
Professional telephone manner
Excellent follow-through skills and relationship management
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Significant PC knowledge and Windows OS experience
Excellent English language expertise
