Our client, a leading multinational company, with unique innovative products in the field of consumer goods that respond to everyday needs, is looking for a Lab Research Analysis Engineer for its R&D center in Greece.

The role of the incumbent will be to perform evaluation of prototype products, conduct lab research, correlate panel results to product characteristics, report results and make product improvement proposals. The function requires working in a team environment and other departments, headquarters and external audiences, be very strong in lab R&D design, have very strong analytical and statistical skills.

More specifically, the incumbent will operate R&D panels in order to evaluate product performance in the development of new products and manufacturing processes, manage panels, apply laboratory measurement methods to human factors in panels and develop new methodologies for product analysis, contribute in the improvement of product attributes performance through prototype evaluation, make relevant proposals and follow up new scientific advancements in the specific research literature.

He/she will report to the Product Analysis Supervisor.

Candidates must possess a University Degree in Science or Engineering (Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Medical) must be familiar with laboratory and measuring equipment, competent in statistical analysis of data and design of experiments. They should possess 3 years of working experience with companies that research and develop new products involved in the human factor, preferably in a multinational environment, be fluent in English and have pc skills.

Additionally, candidates should have very good analytical thinking and project management skills, be team players, have communication skills with a wide range of technical levels, show a learning agility and excellent interpersonal relations. Candidates must have past experience in lab environments that use people in their panels.
