Essential qualifications:
Degree IEK/TEI/AEI in Telecommunications
Corresponding experience and familiarization with telecommunications
Very good knowledge of English language (level Advance and above)
Achieved military obligations (for [arrenes] candidates)
Communication faculties, professionalism, been careful appearance
Possibility of work with shifts
Desirable the certification CISCO CCNA

Competences:
Reception of report of damage from customer (by phone or with e-mail)
Use of trouble tickecting system for the registration of damage
Determination of priority of damage and promotion in one from the three (3) NOC: EWSD, MSP, TMN SDH and/or third party
Mission of Reason for Outage (RFO) in the customer, where it is asked
Periodical Reporting and Analysis of damage and time of re-establishment (per NOC)
Periodical SLA report and publication credit
[Blabolipsia] Infonet/Investigation in first level
Follow-up of monitoring systems of network and briefing NOC in not weekday hours
Briefing of bases of data that is used for the operation of subdirection
