Job Description:
Be Responsible for Central East European Region
Presales support including quotations, network design and technical proposals
Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key mobile provider accounts in coordination with the Sales Department. Collect and analyze all Techno-economic information
Promote full range of Huawei Technologies solutions. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and technical presentations
Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management, Research and Development and Technical Service Department to ensure that these requirements can be met
Participate in the development of co-operative business plans with service providers, help to define new business models and support product features
Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy, technology and market trends
Fully participate/having the responsibility in Tender responses and subsequent Q&A/clarification stages
Extensive traveling is required in the area of responsibility

Candidate Profile:
First Degree in Engineering Field? Postgraduate degree in Telecommunication is required
5 years working experience in Telecommunication area
Excellent knowledge (Technical and Techno - Economic) in the field of GSM/UMTS/LTE networks
Ability to understand mobile operator requirements in order to design the desired solution
Ability to partner with mobile operators and develop new business models for service subscribers using new technologies
Ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management at CTO and technical level
Detailed knowledge of carrier business models and service management strategies
Team player mentality
Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, technical support, marketing)
Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking
Welcome challenges and be willing to contribute at any level required in order to assure success
Good computer skills in MS office
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English
Fulfilled military service (for male candidates)
Driving license
