Follow-up of process of concretisation of work that undertakes the company for the corporate customers
Co-ordination of involved departments for the delivery of work in the customers, in agreed timetables and pacts with the technical specifications that have been asked
Creation and briefing of essential bases of data on the management of work
Profile Candidate
[Apofoitos]/[i] [ATEI]/HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS of positive direction of (Electrician or Electronic Engineer, Science of Computers, Natural)
Knowledge of benefit of services of engaged lines, Internet, IP-VPNs, as well as GSM of services (mVPN, Fixed Voice, iVPN, Bulk SMS Mr a.)
Knowledge of network equipment desirable, no essential (routers, switces, LANs, PBXs, IN platforms Mr a.)
Previous experience in corresponding place desirable
Very good knowledge of English language
Very good knowledge of handling of applications MS Office
Faculty in the resolution of daily problems with customers and in [eirmo] complaints
