Support Services Specialist - SSP 002
Candidates should be able to receive and log requests for support from help desk, other service delivery staff and/or users. Investigate problems and other requests for support and provide correct responses to requests by: manipulating data, reconfiguring systems, changing operating procedures, communicating solutions with customers, producing additional documentation, or escalating requests to systems development staff or software suppliers. Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures.
University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
Minimum 2-3 years of commercial experience in Customer Support and/or Help Desk of application systems.
Experience in technical writing and document management would be an asset.
Well developed organizational and customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluency in English and/or any other language.
