Skills and Responsibilities

Candidates must have demonstrated experience with the latest technologies. At minimum they must have the following qualifications:
Experience in object oriented languages (e.g. C#, VB.NET)
Knowledge of .NET Framework, Generics, Reflection, Web Services, XML and UML
Experience in RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle)
Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Educational/Behavioral Competencies

Higher education degree is required (Software Engineering or Computer Science is preferred)
Microsoft or Oracle certifications are desirable
Commitment to deliver high quality products
Customer orientation mentality
Ability to perform under pressure within deadlines
