Competences:
The holder of place belongs in the Address Network Engineering and Operations and concretely in the Department of Planning and Concretisation of Networks and Services of Transport of Data (Access and Transport). The competences of place include the planning, the analysis and the concretisation of network and services IP, the trials and the verification of interoperability of solutions the based in environment of laboratory and active network, capacity planning, as well as analysis of specifications Marketing and the composition of technical specifications. Additional duties of place constitute the evaluation of technical proposals RFP/RFO of suppliers and the technical monitoring of work of planning and concretisation.

Essential Qualifications:
Degree Higher Education Institutions or POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES with direction of Electronic Engineers or Mechanic Computers or Information technology or Positive Sciences with further training in the sector of Computers
Labour experience at least three (3) years in department of growth or department of support of networks IP in companies of telecommunications, or benefit of services and solutions in networks IP
Knowledge of technology of networks IP in environment CISCO or JUNIPER and possession of relative certificates of knowledge (CCNP or equivalent)
Very good knowledge of English Language

Desirable Qualifications:
Labour experience in systems of wired access (xDSL, FTTx)
Postgraduate title of study in the space of Telecommunications
Knowledge of regulating subjects in the sector of telecommunications
Good knowledge of MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Access)
