Basic Requirements:
University or TEI Degree in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
More than 2 years of professional experience as Support Personnel in the Telecom environment
Proven track record on support procedures and processes
Excellent ability on communication and troubleshooting
Proven experience on handling manuals, block diagrams and solution adoption
Excellent knowledge of Fixed and Mobile Networks and Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills is a must
Good Team spirit and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
Job Description:
He must handle Customer complaints in an efficient way by providing effective replies and solutions
He will be able to provide on line support
He will monitor, handle and escalate technical specific issues to 2nd and 3rd line support activities
He will write effective and concrete reports
He will develop, maintain and use Statistical Reports for the upper Management of the Company
