We are recruiting for a client that has a new shared service centre based in Greece. They are hiring staff to assist them support their customer base in Slovakia. They have customer service and IT support roles for French speakers.

Role:
You will answer queries from customers on a range of product and technical issues regarding their account. These requests will be very varied and may involve sorting account management.

Skills:
The ideal candidate will speak fluent Slovak, plus excellent English. He/She will have previous experience or academic formation in the Tourism sector and very good PC knowledge. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face or on the phone and be very confident dealing with business customers.
