The job holder will be responsible to plan and implement effective strategies to promote company products, enhance customer satisfaction and business results, and successfully manage and motivate his sales team. 
The job holder will report directly to the Managing Director.

Key areas of responsibility:
Responsible for managing, supporting and coaching his sales team
Hand's on sales activity and monitoring of the market trends
Monitoring of team daily activity (KPI's) and responsible for the performance appraisal
Communication with opinion leaders
Participation in management team meetings
Budgeting and reporting
Interaction with other departments regarding several projects both in Greece and abroad

The ideal candidate must be ready to work in a dynamic and challenging work environment that emphasizes dialogue, respect, transparency and teamwork. He/she must be flexible, ready to respond to continuous changes and able to work under pressure. Due to the nature of his/her work, he/she must be innovative, with advanced creative thinking

In this framework, candidates for this specific position must have:
University Degree
Experience in a sales position in the health industry (pharmaceuticals, OTC)
Experience in people management and motivation
Excellent command of English and Greek
Vision
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking and flexibility
Ability to take initiatives
Team spirit
