Job Description
Administrative support to the company
Handling of all the incoming calls
Communication with the clients and with the headquarters of the company abroad

Candidate Profile
IEK/TEI graduate (Secretary or Business Administration schools)
Six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience
Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
Basic knowledge of the German language will be considered as an asset
PC literate (mainly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Dynamic personality with very good communication and organisational skills
