The ideal candidate will have a demanding role within the Human Resources department. He/She will manage all the assessment tools for the Training and Development of the employees so as to boost their performance and skills. The role is vital as it covers all the training needs towards company's goals. He/She will report directly to the Learning and Development Supervisor.
More specifically, the job holder will be responsible for:
Manage all assessment, training and development procedure
Collects and evaluates training needs within budget restrictions
Performs market research for all training and development purposes
Organises and participates in specialized leadership seminars
Observes all training programs and measures their profitability and investment
Responsible for the training and support of all managers when applying appraisals and training courses
Responsible for the reporting and statistics of all training programs
Participates in relevant HR projects ad hoc, in national and regional level
In order to be effective in his/her duties, the appropriate candidate should be a responsible and structured person, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
He/she should also have:
5 years of proven experience in similar role, in a multinational environment
University degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
Post graduate in Human resources will be considered as an asset
Proven Training and Development experience
Drive for results
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet demanding deadlines
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent use of English (written and oral)
Computer literate
