Description
Suitable staff for the above positions will be dealing with procurement control activities to ensure the proper and efficient procurement activities that support the company's financial objectives and provides competitive advantage in accordance with approved Company procedures and policies. Specifically, the ideal candidates will be responsible for both domestic and overseas sourcing by supporting purchasing operations and supplier relations at regional level in order to meet the needs of our construction sites in the Gulf countries in cooperation with the Corporate Procurement Office.

Key Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Civil /Mechanical Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in work related field, preferably in the construction industry.

Excellent knowledge of English and Computer skills
Experience in effectively preparing and executing Material Program Plans and identifying and mitigating program risks
Hands on experience in developing material plans that support aggressive business plans including budgeting, strategic material analysis and forecasting
Excellent written and verbal communication, and listening, skills
Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective   course of action
Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member
Prior experience in similar positions in the Middle East is an asset
