Job Description
Ensures all support calls and emails are answered and resolved
Provides a high level of customer service to clients
Responds to and records consumers' enquiries
Maintains accurate daily input of consumers' enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
Candidate Profile
College/IEK/AEI/TEI graduate
Working experience up to three (3) years, preferably in a multinational environment, will be considered as an asset
Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
Excellent command of the Arabic Language (oral and written)
Excellent command of the French Language (oral and written)
Excellent PC skills
Effective communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Customer support orientation
