The position:

The candidate reports to the Warranty and Service Center Manager with duties that include:
Execution of Warranty Audits at the Network sites according to the Warranty procedure, preparation of the audit reports and communication of the results
Cooperation with the Technical Manager on the determination of appropriate corrective measures and the overall improvement of the Warranty process implementation
Determination of the claim cases that have to be charged back
Execution of Warranty Workshops with the After Sales sites in order to discuss and propose the implementation of general improvement measures

The requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in the automotive business
At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector in a similar position
Very good working knowledge of MS Office
Fluency in Greek and English required, German knowledge will be an asset
Dynamic personality, strong communication and negotiation skills, team work spirit, analytical thinking, self-motivation and adaptability
