Receives the final protocol written by the Medical Affairs team (Medical Affairs Manager, Medical Advisor)
Reviews the final CRF prepared by the Data Manager and the Medical Affairs team (Medical Affairs Manager, Medical Advisor
Ensures the correct translation of the study related documents to local language
Acts as the main link between company and the client (sponsor or investigator). Receives the final budget of the study and covenant to its achievement
Prepares the study plan in collaboration by the P&CM at the beginning of each study
Provides the specifications of the study team and the resources required for the study implementation to the COMLP and P&CM
Ensures the daily compliance of CRAs to the initial study plan and set standards
Co-ordinates all resources required for the proper implementation of the study
Ensures proper supervision, training, support, motivation and control of the CRAs that are members of his/her project team
Ensures the correct implementation of the application to the IEC/IRB and Regulatory Authorities as well as the approval procedure of these bodies in collaboration with the Clinical Regulatory team.
Ensures the quality of study conduct by performing co-monitoring visits with the CRAs, by reviewing monitoring reports and monthly reports prepared by the CRAs in his/her project team
Ensures compliance with applicable quality standard
Manages timely subject enrolment and quality data collection

In this framework, candidates for this specific position must have:
2-4 years of relevant experience
University degree in medical, biological or pharmaceutical science
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Very good PC knowledge
Ability to travel
Excellent communication skills
Advanced ability of time management
