The job holder possesses excellent managerial skills with a strong technical background? coordinates all E&M activities in the region, reporting to the Regional Manager and the Corporate E&M Manager. Moreover the job holder works closely with the Project Managers, co-ordinates the E&M Design, Tendering and Procurement Departments and is assisted by the regional Business Support Departments (Finance, HR and Health and Safety). The job holder is also actively involved in the identification and pursuit of business opportunities in the E&M field in the respective region.

Age until 35 years
Previous experience 3-6 years in corresponding place
Most excellent written and oral use the English and Italian language.
Degree of Polytechnic Faculty or POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES
Faculties of designing in big duration project
Presentation of work in level of designing
Faculty of production of calculations with the use manuals and software
Achieved military obligations.

Organizes and develops the welding production department (high frequency, hot air machine, and gluing process)
Supervises employees (workers and mechanical engineers) in order to ensure safety, quality and productivity
Establishes and implements short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Create and environment that promotes the value the company represent and allow human resources to perform and develop their skills and competencies
Oversees and or conducts training of new or existing employees

Diploma of engineer of (mechanical engineer or chemist)
Very good knowledge of computational Star-CD
Good knowledge of planning in Fortran and/or C++
Experience in programs CAD/CAE
Basic knowledge of phenomena of transport
